De Ferme stands on a hilltop on the beautiful Fransmanskraal farm. The farm owners are the 6th generation of the Carinus family to call the farm home. With a history dating back to the 18th century, the roots of trees planted here run deep. The farm derives its name from the French Hugenots, who chose the farm as a place to raise their cattle. De Ferme offers the privacy of an entire luxury farmhouse. Fransmanskraal is a working farm producing wine, citrus, plums and blueberries. Our guests enjoy an authentic farm-living experience. Explore the farm on foot, get lost in orchards and take in the scent of Renosterveld fynbos.
