It is good for the luxury clientele, honeymooners and families. They have two stunning villas which are perfect for families. It is sold as a high end option for the delta.

What in your opinion are some of the most standout/impressive features about the property?
The whole property is impressive, with amazing architecture. The sheer size of the common areas is very striking on arrival. The rooms are huge with incredible bathrooms, and indoor and outdoor baths and showers, private plunge pools with spacious private decks. It all feels very secluded too, almost like there no other rooms or people around you.

What is the service at the property like?
It’s good – the staff are all lovely and kind, but just needs a little time to get perfect (it’s new and just needs some finessing).

The food was great – there’s nice variety and the quality was good. It’s quite formal in style.

How would you describe this property in a few sentences to someone wanting to book it?
If you want luxury on the Delta, this property is perfect. It’s a quick 10-minute helicopter ride in from Maun, but it feels like you are all alone in the wilderness with all the luxuries you would find in a city hotel.

What activities are available to do there?
Game drives and mokoros.

Tell us about the journey to get to the destination – what are the logistics like in terms of travel time, transport etc?
It is a very easy journey, you fly into Maun and then take a 10 min helicopter transfer to the lodge.

What do you recommend to a guest in terms of a minimum length of stay for this property?
I would suggest 3 to 4 nights, because of the floods animals can be a little harder to spot in the delta so this makes sure you see everything you went there to see.

What time of year would this property be at optimal enjoyment?
I would say the optimal time to go is between June and October, as this is the best time for wildlife.

What is unique about this property?
The property itself is unique; it has endless corners to sit and look at the wildlife that surrounds the property. It makes the Delta feel very magical in a luxurious way.
