What in your opinion are some of the most standout/impressive features about the property?
Its location is amazing – it’s right on a permanent river. You can sit and have lunch to the sound of hippos 50 metres from you. The rooms are wonderful, not too big but they have everything you could need and details like outdoor showers.
What is the service at the property like?
The service is very good, the staff are lovely. The service feels relaxed but attentive.

The food was very good, very well made, and they offer a great variety. It felt like good home cooking.
How would you describe this property in a few sentences to someone wanting to book it?
The is the perfect Delta experience for a family, and great game viewings are part of it. The rooms are lovely with stunning outside patios. By the end of the stay, it felt like a home away from home.
What activities are available to do there?
Game drives, guided walks, and mokoro excursions.
Tell us about the journey to get to the destination – what are the logistics like in terms of travel time, transport etc?
Very easy. Fly to Maun and then get a flight on a small charter plane flight into the Delta from there. These typically land on an airstrip only 20 minutes’ drive from the lodge.
What do you recommend to a guest in terms of a minimum length of stay for this property?
I would stay there for a minimum of four nights.
What time of year would this property be at optimal enjoyment?
Again from June to Oct. It is the best time for wildlife. Although you can go any time of year – every season has something unique to offer.
