The pool area and the room views of the Namibian landscape are spectacular.

Very good. The team is attentive and friendly.

Tell us about the food (if applicable)…
The breakfast was excellent – definitely the highlight of the dining experience. Dinner was simpler – with more traditional dishes.

How would you describe this property in a few sentences to someone wanting to book it?
This property is the perfect launch pad into a Namibian holiday due to its proximity to the Windhoek airport and yet it doesn’t feel like you are anywhere near a city. It is however not a safari experience in the sense that the focus isn’t on game drives – rather more of a nature/conservation immersion.

What activities are available to do there?
Conservation drives and walks, spa treatments and cultural visits.

Tell us about the journey to get to the destination – what are the logistics like in terms of travel time, transport etc?
This is one of the aspects of the property that makes it so convenient – it’s just a two-hour flight from Cape Town and then only a 20-minute road transfer from the airport to the lodge.

What do you recommend to a guest in terms of a minimum length of stay for this property?
Two nights is a perfect length of time to settle in and relax before heading out further into Namibia.

What time of year would this property be at optimal enjoyment?
All-year round.

What is unique about this property?
The stunning views and proximity to Windhoek airport.
