Dreamy Beaches

Visit Mozambique

Great for: Beaches, diving, unique experiences, families, romance and relaxation

Mozambique’s coast has over 2500 km of idyllic island-style beaches, making it the perfect destination for both families and romance. Bordering the Kruger Park, and with direct flights from Cape Town and Kruger, Mozambique’s dreamy beaches are super accessible and offer the one thing South Africa doesn’t as they are coconut-lined and covered in white-sand.

SA’s beaches are some of the best in the world, but no tropical island-life with coconuts and snorkeling. With Portuguese and Arabic influenced cuisine, Mozambique is a truly unique destination with a vibe like no other.

Steadfast has excellent relationships with the best honeymoon bungalows, 6 star lodges, family villas, deep-sea fishing gods and more.

Southern Africa in general is a low risk Malaria area. Malaria is still present and risk is dependent on the specific area you are visiting. We advise getting in touch with our team if you have any questions regarding the malaria risk in the area you will be visiting. South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia and Namibia are low risk areas and most of our clients choose to not take malaria prophylactics when visiting these destinations. Preventative methods including long sleeve shirts, long trousers and mosquito spray are advised, especially after sunset and in the rainy months. If you are traveling to Southern Africa while pregnant, we advise you to consult with a doctor. The responsible decision is to take malaria prophylactics when visiting Malaria areas. If visiting Mozambique, we insist clients to take malaria prophylactics.
