This property is set in the most prestigious area of the Atlantic Seaboard and has been perfectly kitted out with everything you need. Its space allows for easy relaxation or also lends to the perfect lock up and go vacation pad.
Situated overlooking the most popular Clifton 4th beach, this property offers direct access to the beach from a semi private pathway, only accessible by residents and unbelievable sunset views.
This bungalow sleeps 6 people very comfortably, with enough privacy and space for everyone to enjoy. 2 rooms being on the upper level one on the lower level. Each room has its own en-suite bathroom. One of the room compromises of twin beds – great for kids or friends!
An open plan, light and bright lounge, dining and kitchen area flows directly onto an elevated outdoor dining area and balcony – the perfect spot for a summer barbecue under the African sun.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole bungalow and also may make use of a pathway directly down to Clifton 4th beach. This pathway is only accessible by the properties around this one, not the general public, and is secured with a keypad locked door.
Other things to note
Please be advised we are currently experiencing “Load shedding” across South Africa which is a schedule and continuous updates to interruption in electricity. We have provided back up power in this property to a certain extent but it is to be noted by the guest that the load shedding schedules and times change from day to day and some time at short notice. We cannot be held responsible for this and have provided a certain level of backup power in an attempt to alleviate the inconvenience caused. An application called ESKOM SE PUSH can be downloaded to access a schedule for the area in which you are staying.
There is no secure parking within the property but the parking on the main road is safe and it is usually easy to find parking. There are always car guards around that are more than happy to help carry bags / groceries for a small tip.
