The space

With pristine Clifton 3rd beach as your backyard, it is accessible through a private gate. It is arguably one of Cape Town’s best locations, but we will let you decide.

The open-plan ground floor living area is fitted with a large well-equipped kitchen and separate scullery that allows for seamless cooking and entertaining. The lounge doors stack for uninterrupted views of the beach front, making for some mesmerising sunsets. Rare for a Clifton bungalow is the spacious outdoor area with a large swimming pool, and numerous spaces to eat and unwind. Stackable doors make for seamless flow from the kitchen to laid-back shaded spaces to enjoy alfresco meals.
