Coppers is just 100m to the entrance to Boulders Beach. The enormous deck lends itself to entertaining with uninterrupted views over Boulders and False Bay.
With views from every bedroom, sunrise is not to be missed, nor the night skies and moonlit water. From Simonstown scan 180 degrees around False Bay to Hangklip and the southern ocean swells and fishing boats coming in from Cape Point. Walk across the golf course before the tourists arrive and swim at Windmill Beach.
The space
This home was built for family holidays with the grandparents watching the children play in the wind-secluded garden after a busy morning jumping off rocks and making sandcastles among the penguins on the beach. A fun rock pool, a large chess set, a cupboard full of puzzles, games, and even a well-tuned piano mean those screens will be forgotten and inventive games played from the top loft down to the bottom corner of the garden. Or for adults who need to work online there is a desk in every room if you have to open that laptop and use the Wifi.
The open plan kitchen and large ground floor rooms make for easy entertaining, yet with plenty of space to withdraw if anyone wishes to be alone. Its a home with something for everyone – even some wetsuits and snorkels to borrow, or don’t forget to bring your own. And no….. its not for sale, a question our friendly house manager Lottings has been asked many times by guests reluctant to depart! But we are happy to share and for you to build your own memories in the house that is so full of ours.

Please be advised we are currently experiencing “Load shedding” across South Africa which is a schedule and continuous updates to interruption in electricity. We have provided back up power in this property to a certain extent but it is to be noted by the guest that the load shedding schedules and times change from day to day and some time at short notice. We cannot be held responsible for this and have provided a certain level of backup power in an attempt to alleviate the inconvenience caused. An application called ESKOM SE PUSH can be downloaded to access a schedule for the area in which you are staying.
