Our luxury Manor House can accommodate 12 guests. Five bedrooms on the ground floor, each with en-suite bathrooms. The Bacchus Suite takes the entire top floor and has a spacious open-plan room featuring a grand fireplace, a king-size bed, a seating area, a walk-in cupboard, and an en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and bar, full-size snooker table, gym, pool, braai, and boma.
The Manor House comes complete with a breakfast chef and a 24-hour concierge.

The space

Nestled in the tranquil Robertsvlei valley in Franschhoek lies our luxury Manor House with picturesque views of La Roche Estate, Robertsvlei road. 5km away from the centre of Franschhoek and surrounded by many mountain biking/ hiking trails, as well as wine farms.

Guest access

La Roche Estate is a working farm only 5km away from the main road of Franschhoek.

Please be aware that La Roche is a working farm as we have vineyards and pecans that need to be taken care of. Working hours are Monday – Friday 07h00 – 17h00.
