Please be advised we are currently experiencing “Load shedding” across South Africa which is a schedule and continuous updates to interruption in electricity. We have provided back up power in this property to a certain extent but it is to be noted by the guest that the load shedding schedules and times change from day to day and some time at short notice. We cannot be held responsible for this and have provided a certain level of backup power in an attempt to alleviate the inconvenience caused. An application called ESKOM SE PUSH can be downloaded to access a schedule for the area in which is Sea Point.
Good power back-up for WiFi and the bedrooms have rechargeable bulbs.
Charging the re-chargeable bulbs please leave the switch on at all times. It charges when there’s electricity and automatically comes on when the electricity goes out, it has a built-in long lasting battery capacity for up to 4 – 8 hours when fully charged.
