The space
It’s in one of the most sought-after & exclusive locations; it has sun-drenched balconies, overlooks a working marina and has amazing views. The apartment is on the top floor of a 3-storey complex. Inside the apartment, there are 2 levels; living room, balcony (perfect for alfresco dining), kitchen, and guest bathroom on first floor. On the top level, there is a second living area, generous patio and two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All living areas and the master bedroom have awesome ocean views, while the second bedroom has panoramic views of Table Mountain, Cape Town Stadium and Signal Hill. Both upstairs bedrooms have aircons. The third bedroom, downstairs, has a fan and is more suited to younger (teenage) guests as it shares a bathroom with the second bedroom.
Other things to note
Patience our housekeeper will be there on the morning of your departure. Should you require housekeeping during your stay, an additional charge of R350 per day applies excluding Sundays at R500.
Please be advised we are currently experiencing “Load shedding” across South Africa which is a schedule and continuous updates to interruption in electricity. Loadshedding affects us all and can be very frustrating. Please be in touch with us for the loadshedding schedule which will help you plan your day while on holiday.
